The PGR Hub has been developed to meet the needs of PGRs across the university, providing a series of bookable, flexible spaces suitable for meetings, group study, student group events, vivas, and much more.
Use of the PGR Hub is restricted to PGR students and PGR related activity, if you’re unsure if your event meets these criteria please get in touch.
The Spaces
PGR Lounge: An open access room providing an informal social or study space for all PGRs, the PGR Lounge is open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. The PGR Lounge can also be booked for events and holds around 25.
Meeting Rooms: Two rooms equipped with facilities for hybrid meetings these smaller rooms are also able to be booked for viva examinations.
Study Lab: Featuring 11 individual workstations each with monitor, keyboard and mouse. Workstations can be booked individually, or the full room can be booked for collaborative working. Email pgrtraining@swansea.ac.uk if you'd like to book the full room.
