In this session we will look at EndNote, a tool in which you can store and manage references so you don't lose track of them. It works with Word and formats your references in a wide range of styles, it also allows you to import references from many online databases such as Scopus and iFind without you having to type them in. We will cover:

• How to download EndNote Desktop
• Importing a reference from iFind and an academic database
• Importing a reference from Google Scholar
• Setting the tool to your chosen referencing style
• Creating an intext reference and a reference list

This is a “Bring your own device” session, please bring your own laptop.

• When: Tuesday 30th May @ 12.30-1pm
• Who: Open to all students, there are limited numbers for this session so I would advise registering but dropins are welcome (if there are spaces)
