Please select a Right to Study appointment date and time using the calendar below. All appointments will be held in person at the following location:
Tower Information Centre - Building 9 on the campus map. Please use the QR code located in the waiting area to check in when you arrive and a staff member will come and see you.
You will receive a confirmation email after completing your booking which will contain the date, time and location of your appointment.
Please make sure that you bring the following documents with you to your appointment:
1) Your passport
2) Create a UKVI account to access your eVisa if applicable – this must be done before coming to in-person right to study. Please see our webpages for more information here You need to download the UK Immigration: ID Check App to complete this process. You'll need a smartphone or tablet to download the app. If your phone is not compatible with the UK Immigration: ID Check App, and you don’t have access to another device that is compatible, you can select to 'Confirm your identity without the app' where you will be directed to take a photo of your passport and yourself and upload them to be checked.
3) A share code for your eVisa using the View and Prove Immigration Status service When asked for the reason for generating the share code, please select the ‘something else’ category. Please see our webpages for more information about creating a UKVI account to register for an eVisa here You need to download the UK Immigration: ID Check App to create a UKVI account. You'll need a smartphone or tablet to download the app. If your phone is not compatible with the UK Immigration: ID Check App, and you don’t have access to another device that is compatible, you can select to 'Confirm your identity without the app' where you will be directed to take a photo of your passport and yourself and upload them to be checked.
4) New students only: Your visa decision letter that was emailed to you by the Home Office when your visa was granted (if applicable)
5) New students only: A copy of your flight details or boarding pass if your passport was not stamped on arrival to the UK
6) If you are an exchange student studying in Swansea for less than 6 months, please bring your Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) (a digital copy on your phone is acceptable), if applicable, or visitor visa in your passport.
7) If you cannot use the View and Prove Immigration status service, for example if you have recently been granted immigration bail as an asylum seeker, proof of your immigration status such as a letter from the Home Office detailing your permission
